ANCHORING WITH THE SARCA EX-CEL
I have been using a SARCA EX-CEL anchor for the last 2 years on our motor yacht “Aroona”. Aroona is an Outer Reef 70. We have never dragged or had any problems setting the anchor in all types of weather and various depths and sea bottom.
We run various types of charters along the east coast of Australia from diving, reef fishing, estuary fishing, island exploring, kite surfing, research and filming trips. The real test of the anchor has been during mother shipping charters for the game fishing fleet. We have had two 45 foot game boats alongside in 35kts all hanging off the single SARCA EX-CEL anchor.
If you want an anchor that sets itself on the spot you drop it and will keep you there in any conditions, then I would recommend the SARCA EX-CEL to do the job!
